Was having browse of 3 Mobile's site (Australia) and noticed they are selling this phone which looks pretty flash (can be compared to Telecom's Nokia 6265), this one does 3G (umts).
Any idea of Vodafone is likely to bring it out? It is noted on Nokia's NZ site as coming soon but I've seen phones on there that have never made it to sale in NZ.

No, they're not.

The whole unit as a whole feels and moves a whole lot better than a 6265, the usability of the phone is a WHOLE lot nicer (software wise) The images seem sharper, the menu is more responsive. All in all comparing a 6280 with a 6265 they are quite a different phone.

I bought one for my wife 2 weeks ago and she love it!

It's fast (Series 40 is much faster then N70 and N6680 software which is S60), it's cute, lighter, little bit smaller.

Good 2Mpixel camera!

I couldnt wait till it arrives. I am anyway disappointed with the market here (mainly with Voda).

Does anybody noticed why the N90 is not here yet? They are selling it in OZ since last year November!!!

The new mobiles are coming sooooo slow to NZ...

I is a kollege stoodent. Bee nice.

The N90 will not be coming to NZ via VF at all.

People have to remember that due our small size etc. by the time you land some of the handsets here the cost is such that it sits on the shelf and doesn't sell. I'm sure if you wanted to commit 1000 units you might have some success, but generally it doesn't work like that ;)

We are sometimes a little slow in getting handsets here but that in itself has some benefits.. the price usually drops a bit, most if not all bugs have been found and fixed (this isn't always true these days though), and you get to read other peoples reveiws and decide if it really is the phone you REALLY REALLY want.

In general VFNZ and their partners carry MORE phones than many other network providers do (I say network providers here because obviously different countries have many more providers than lil ol NZ, hence more handset range overall), its the same with cars, on average we have more choice than MOST other countries do.
