A lot of my mates got a text saying they were getting upgraded from text 2000 to text 5000, and I saw on vodafones website they made a anynetwork text package, 2500 texts for $12. Good work vodafone. Glad I moved now. :D

Previously I have been safe from the retarded texts from friends by not being on vodafone since it was costing them. Sadly no more, I will soon get SMS's at 2am telling me about how board they are, or that they have picked up some chick or whatever.

Think you need to be more selective about who gets your number :)

This is good to see from VF, response to increased competition in the market, increased demands from consumers, etc etc etc. Always good to see telco's changing up their plans.

In about 6 weeks we may even see unlimited text plans make a comeback; MTR regulation. unless they take 6 months to come in effect.

it's great but, in my opinion, a year too late ... they would have kept a lot more customers if they'd done this sooner, including me!

it was just mad that someone could be texting me from 2D paying 2c or 9c a text (or Tcom and whatever they were charging) and i was still stuck paying 20c to text them back ...
