Decimate: Well it looks like their attitude spreads to their technicians as well. So much for the promised 'we'll call you 30 mins beforehand' courtesy call, it never came and when they turned up unannounced while I was at work my wife was asleep with our newborn and was rather rudely interrupted.

Not the best start I must say.

As they are so bad at calling back I suggested when they don't/can't turn up as planned that they send a Text Message to my mobile. This was noted as a good idea and would be looked into - but seems nothing has changed.
