Rented "The Tourist" on 203 at 9:05pm but when the time came it was "Life as we know it" that started playing. EPG is still showing it as "The Tourist".  Phoned faults & they confirmed the error. Said they would be switching back over but half an hour later it is still playing "Life as we know it". 

Faults said to phone in the morning for a refund - fine but in the meantime have just wasted time waiting for the movie, then waiting for it to be switched back over.

On top of still ongoing T-Box issues this is getting close to the last straw.

Is it a Sky or TCL error?

Anyone else experienced this type of problem?
