Just called up VF as my 24 month Vodem contract ended today, so got it stopped since I have 2 vodems, and only need one.

In the last month I signed up to another 12 months on home phone wireless. The clincher of the deal was whether I could bundle the 2nd vodem with the HPW when the 1st Vodem term ended. I was told this was no problem, they can re-bundle. However the call I just made said this is incorrect, and I will now pay full price on both products. Any one know which of the two is right? As my signing up to the new plan was ONLY because I was told it could be done... otherwise I would have waited the next month and signed up then.

So in light of this I said I'd like to disconnect the 2nd Vodem, as I would rather change to 2 degrees if they want to charge me full price now. However the price I was quoted for early termination was different than on the website, so again, I wonder who is right? CSR said under 6 months (of 12 month) on super 2GB is $250, website to my interpretation says $100, and if I wait 4 days, it will be 6 months, and CSR said it drops to $150, but web page says $50?

Should I call back and try for another CSR, or is there a specific number I should call to get it done?
