It might help if you provide a few more details.

Location? Cable? DSL? Modem / router type? Whether tests are via wireless or ethernet.

If ADSL how about posting the SYNC speed from the Modem stats

I was looking at a speed issue today where they could not get over 600k down, Did an isolation test and bang straight up to 6Mbps down when I unplugged the Panasonic cordless home phone.

Modem: whatever telstraclear provides people with
Router: TP link WR1043ND
Location: Petone

Just picked up websites were slow to load, MSN/AIM disconnections. No speed tests were done.

It seems fine to me, I haven't been using it heaps but i've been on and off all day today with no issues.
