This is my story.

24 of July 2006 I ordered a 'house move' service for 15 of September 2006 as I know if I’ll do it later I'll get a problem, so I did it early. As I was not sure when I'll get a key from our new house, I asked TCL that a technician should come after lunch.

15 of September a technician came at 4.00pm, he looked around to find out a grey box, after a few mins he did, but it did not help, so he told me he needs to find a 'pool'. During an hour his working around, from 'pool' to house and from house to 'pool' he told me finally that he cannot installed a digital TV and the internet as a signal is too low. Frown 

For my question how a previous owner had a triple package, he sad he does not know. Ok, I asked what next, he told me that next Monday (18 of September) all will be fixed. In Monday happened nothing. I called Tuesday morning and was asked what kind of problem do I have (surprise for me surprise for them), my understanding was that nobody knows nothing. So I explained a situation and TCL sad ok we will fix.

Wednesday night I called again and sad that nothing is changed and got an answer that ‘Yes, that’s right, we booked you for 4 of October’. I got shock. Then I tried to explain that is not quite right and was transfer to another department. Of course another department know nothing about the problem so I explained again. They told me they are going to investigate.

Still do the investigation.

PS: Interesting fact, I moved to my new house about 300m from the old one and never had a problem with 'a signal is too low' during 3 or more years.

Still no luck. :( The TV is now works BUT on the half way. TV Guide, 1, 2, 3, 33, 40, 50, and 58 channels are not available. :( Why?

Today TCL techinician is coming to fix the TV issue. Cool

They do try but the communication between the TCL and the contractors who actually do the work is really bad.  I hear they have a really unfortunate customer relationship management system.
