Yes faster upload is becoming essential and we don't appear to be a candidate for VDSL2

It wasn't rhetorical, and I'd be disappointed if you were implying what I think you are.

I was hoping others might share similar experiences.

Were you able to get a quote from TCL/your ISP in writing by chance?

1080P thanks for the reply. I have signed a contract but it states they can't guarantee a connection until it's connected.
