We have a small family importing company in nz and need mobile access to our stock warehouse.  For every sale we need to log into the warehouse website and oder a release/dispatch of goods.

The boys on the road usually phone us at office to get the release done.  What sort of mobile internet capable gaget will be best for the salesmen on road.  Bearing in mind these salesmen (hubby and his bro) are not technology oriented to say the least. First thought is a laptop but surely we could do better than that.

Any advise on products and services would be greatly appreciated.  We are with telecom at the moment it would be a biggie to change service providers, but not impossible.

Some general advice rather than device specific: If the primary use is going to be accessing a particular website - then I'd use that as a guideline. Does the warehouse website have a mobile interface? if so then a PDA/Smartphone may work perfectly well. If not, then for usability sake you may be better off going with something larger like a laptop with mobile broadband.
