I have an LG G6 with two SIM slots; I have a 2Degrees SIM as my primary SIM card and a Warehouse Mobile as my second SIM - I use Warehouse Mobile only for data as it is significantly cheaper than purchasing extra via 2D (even though WM is supplied by 2D). Every day my WM internet will fail at some point and eventually the phone will bring up a 'sign in to continue' prompt.

When I follow this I get a WM page that tells me I am out of credit - however I am not out of credit nor am I out of data from my data pack.

The only way to resolve this (that I have found) is to reboot the phone

I have asked support, but as of yet - no reply

Has anyone else seen this message and know how to resolve?

I experienced it occasionally. Try turning airplane mode on and off.

DarkShadow: I experienced it occasionally. Try turning airplane mode on and off.

I switched to WM last Friday and have been using the home WiFi over the long weekend, this morning I got to work and turned on mobile data, but it wouldn't work.  I checked settings and ensured I was using the right AP settings for WM, no luck. Grrrr!

So I get home an dcheck these forums, read the above and give it a try.  Airplane mode turned on, airplane mode turned off - viola, working mobile data!

Does anyone know why this would work when turning the mobile data off and back on does nothing to get it going?  It seems weird even though it does actually work.

Yes, Airplane mode works for me as well.

Wonder why WH Mobile has this issue, never experienced it on 2D

It's cheap for a reason? It isn't a everyday occurrence so it's not a deal breaker for me. innocent

So far it seems to be an every time occurrence to me.

This morning I got to work, turned on mobile data and GMail said "no connection", airplane mode on then off, working.

I tried it again three or four hours later, same issue, same fix.

It's an everyday thing for me as well. It's not a deal breaker (still significantly cheaper to use mobile data via WM than 2D), just annoying that it happens.

Do you guys still have problem with Warehouse Mobile data connectivity?  I am thinking of moving to WM, but may not do it now if data connectivity is still an issue.

It may be an issue with my phone, but I constantly have WH (and 2D) drop at the same time when I have WH mobile as my primary data connection (this is not an issue when I have 2D as my primary data connection). Obtaining ~7GB via 2D data promotion has me now not worried about data the same way I was .. so haven't used WH data for around 5 weeks.
