Yeah agree on that! What I tend to do is once I've added the Kogan pack, go into the account/pack setting and disable the auto renewal straightaway.  This way it wouldn't auto renew upon expiry, however, you can still use up the remaining data/call/text allocation until it either runs out or it reaches its expiry date.
