Anyone know the current state of rollout ?

About 2 weeks ago I found...

 no WIFI in Christchurch
Was just being installed in Wellie
Up and running in both lounges in Auckland

The Wellington pwd was "Boeing747"

Auckland was "1A2B3C4D5E"

The nice man in the cisco shirt who was hidding the WAP in the ceiling in the Wellington Koru lounge said that the access to the WIFI network would be standardised soon - and would be different.

Sydney Koru lounge - you can pickup the Firstclasss WIFI network if you sit close to the dividing wall - but it seems to be rather intermittant.

ALSO - has anyone compiled a list of free WIFI hot spots in NZ yet - or accomodation offering free broadband ?

FYI - Southern Cross appts in Wellie (both sites have cabled free broadband)
