Hi

Have recently switched our phone lines onto WXC's open VFX service and a cloud hosted version of 3CX version 15.5.

The SIP trunks have successfully registered and incoming calls are working fine but unfortunately I cannot get outgoing calls to work.

Looking through the logs I seem to be getting a 604 Does not exist error from the wcx servers. Running the 3CX firewall checks reports everything is open.

08/08/2017 12:19:41 PM - Call to T:Line:10001>>0212xxxxxx@[Dev:sip:0682xxxxx@pan.wxnz.net:5060] from L:29.1[Extn:12] failed, cause: Cause: 604 Does not exist anywhere/INVITE from 182.154.16.150:5060

08/08/2017 12:19:41 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:29): Call to <sip:0212xxxxxx@pan.wxnz.net:5060> has failed; Cause: 604 Does not exist anywhere/INVITE from 182.154.16.150:5060

Has anyone experienced this problem before or know what the problem might be? Have tried setting the outgoing trunk parameters to WXC recommended settings for 3CX version 10 but this has had no effect.

Codecs currently set to G722, G711 & G729.

Thanks

Are you sending the correct headers in 3CX? Many moons ago these needed to be edited to remap the SIP UserID and AuthID correctly.

Still testing the header settings through trial and error, not sure if i have them correct or not. Have configured them per the only info i could find (http://help.xnet.co.nz/questions/121/3CX+v10.0+Setup+instructions) but this page is 4 years old and i'm guessing things might have changed since then.
