Going to buy an SPA3100 to use with 2talk and couple of Betamax sister companies....found this on e-bay...want opinion whether it's real or not....have bought 2 Buffalo routers from Honk Kong before from e-bay and they were real and the price was very good.

edit - talked with the guy on MSN and he seems very dodgy...going to buy from a reputable NZ source....

There is nothing to indicate that it is a fake. Lots of good feedback for Linksys items, having said that, it is very very very cheap, which is a worry.

At one stage there was a lot of Linksys stuff coming out of HK that was genuine but it was unlocked gear from the USA (from the likes of Vonage) and they were all flashed with identical MAC addresses. WxC has a few issues with this since they tie your account to the MAC address of the device.

Its cheap because they are making the rest of the profit on the shipping like most asian ebay traders do.
