Hi. 

 

 

 

What are the current recommendations for phones? I see grandstream dp720 and Yealink w52p seem most popular. 

 

Want something with a good speakerphone, good range.  I'd love it if the base station wasn't massive.

I'm a fan of the W52.

 

 

 

There's a repeater available if range isn't good enough, but I find it to be excellent.

 

 

 

There's also the new W41P DECT deskphone, but it's not cordless (ie still needs external DC power).

Needs either the W52P Base or the W60 Base, right? I assume the W60 is better in some way?

The T41P comes with the base and the USB DECT dongle as part of the package; it's basically a T41S, USB dongle and W60 base.

 

It'll work with any DECT base though.

 

I don't think the W60 base offers much more than the W52/56 base other than an increase in the number of concurrent SIP channels it supports.
