Hi.

Does anyone know of software that will allow a user to highlight a number on their PC, hit a keyboard combination and dial a number using their Yealink Hard phones?

What about something that shows if someone is on the phone, in the office, like Samsungs DialXchange?

Yealink phones have an API that allows calling via a WEB URL.

As for presence that's a PBX and PBX software option and nothing to do with phones. You can obviously easily add BLF presence to the phone buttons.

If you have a bunch of Yealinks, perhaps running up 3CX is an option?
They have click to dial, and a web based presence/UC panel.

IMO, Samsung Xchange is the best off the shelf CTI software around. It's amazing what it seamlessly integrates with.

You can try contacting Mondago (UK based) and see if they have anything generic for Yealink. They are the creators of Xchange and have "whitelabelled" it for other PBX vendors.
