Hey guys,
I have a few Yealink T22p phones around the office and looking at replacing my own somewhat crappy SPA921 with one of these new Yealinks. I'm trying to figure out how to use my plantronics headset with it though. The SPA 921 has like a 3.5mm headphone jack on the side of it for the headset while the Yealink has an rj-11. The headset cable itself is made of two parts. Can I get a part that connects between the join in the cable and an rj11 on the new phone or do I need a new headset?

Hey guys I bought the adapter off cackle but can't seem to get it to work. When I plug it into the phone I hear a "click" sound in the earpiece but when I press the headset button I can't hear anything? Ideas?

Try turning the handset/headset volume up all the way up. I don't know why but this seems to help the phone to realise you have a headset sometimes.

I can confirm guys (now that I've bought it lol). That cable DOES NOT WORK:

There is no audio and no mic. Apparently you need this cable:
Plantronics U10P-S

Anyway I will order a Yealink headset to make sure it works this time. Worth sending that cable back?
