Hi,
Last day of my billing cycle and I am having problems logging into my profile on TC site, anyone else not able to log in?

Yup same here - can't even get to the logon screen and my TUC app is timing out.

That was one of the primary reasons I dropped them as a provider - The traffic meter was down more often than not making it near impossible to manage traffic usage.

I used to run internal metering but it frequently disagreed with telsta's meter - nearly always under by a considerable amount.

Admittedly this was several years ago now, I had hoped they had the bugs out.

I can't even get to the login part of the My Profile page to look at the new bill issued.

For us at least, the issue hasn't been resolved

Sorry, this issue is not resolved - 1pm and still no access to the meter webpages/login - on a side note, why the proxy needs to be in between the client and a https page?

I'm now getting Service Unavailable Error 503.

They want me to pay $300+, but I can't see what they have billed me for.

That's not going to happen!

They took the proxy out of the equation, so now we get the 503 instead of waiting for the proxy timeout.

As usual, they haven't put anything on the Service Status page
