My work Calendar runs on Microsoft Outlook (using Microsoft Exchange & Windows 7).

I use Windows 8 at home which has a fairly cool Calendar which shows my empty Calender on my email account.  I'd like to be able to sync my Work Calender to my calender & Vice Versa, so I can use my home calendar interchangably with my work Calendar.

I would prefer not to set up my home computer to access my work email account, because if I can get my calender to sync my work calender than I will have easy access to it from anywhere.

Do you think I can google it?  NO!  The names are so similar I am hitting a dead end.  It is very frustrating.

Do you guys have any simple suggestions?

I'm not sure that trying to "sync" the calendars is a good idea.

you can connect to your work account in the win8 mail app, then deselect email from "content to sync" if you only want to see the calendar. the win8 calendar will then show you both calendars at the same time, with a different colour on the appointments for each calendar source. (open charms, settings, accounts/(select account)/content to sync (see image below)

a windows phone 7, or 8, can also render multiple calendars in the same main calendar app.

desktop outlook can also connect to multiple calendars and overlay them in one place.
