As the title suggests, I cannot uninstall a program on my PC running Windows 8.1 It simply "fails" when I go to Control Panel to uninstall.

I even tried doing the same thing in Safe Mode but no luck.

Any other suggestions other than restoring my PC to factory conditions?

Thanks!

Try something like RevoUninstaller, the freeware one is fine, no need to buy.

In PS choose help -> deregister. Won't help uninstall but will help with the reinstall.

If you're re-installing just delete the files. Not ideal but no loss really.
