Hi,

Just wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to limit IE10 on Windows 7 Professional to allow acces to the local network only.

We have an old system that only works with IE10, so upgrading is unfortunately not an option. At the moment I have disabled tabbed browsing using Group Policy to make the browsing experience harder to discourage people from using IE10 for general internet browsing.

Any ideas on how to stop IE10 from accessing the internet but allow other browsers such as Chrome to use the internet?

Thanks,

Unless you have some strange requirements, update to IE11 and your users will have an experience that is as good as Chrome - unless they need/want some specific add-ons.

One way could be opening Windows firewall and creating rules for the application...
