PC downloaded and installed win 10. Screen flashed up Lets Start. Have a black screen with the cursor arrow. Been that way for the last hour. What to do?

Hitting reset seems to have solved my problem. Has booted up and running fine now.

Swype on iOS is detrimental to accurate typing. Apologies in advance.

That happened to me, integrated graphics card was confusing dedicated graphics card so I pressed CTRL to bring up the login box (while on the black screen blind), then typed in my login screen password and pressed enter. Windows logged in and screen went normal. I then disabled my integrated graphics card, rebooted and all was fine.

Mine wont even install at all. Gives a bluescreen sounding error message when it boots back into 7 and then proceeds to uninstall everything. The PC is strapped to the desk and has too much junk around it for me to pull all the PCIe cards and try with the onboard video, so 7 will remain till I get around to changing to newer case and cleaning it out physically etc at the same time.
