Are you running Exchange as your mail server?

Unless you are running Exchange as your mail server then you will not be able to have Outlook Web Access.

Microsoft Exchange Server is a corporate mail server used is alot of organisations, unless you know what you are doing (And have the cash to shell out for the licence) you will not have Exchange at home.
