Got this email this week

"Your Office 365 Personal subscription will expire on Thursday, 26 November 2015. To avoid a possible interruption of your service, please renew your subscription by Thursday, 26 November 2015. "

A couple of weeks ago at the Noel Leeming sale I bought 2  Office 365 personal packs for $49 each and was told I could enter both keycodes in and it would give  me an extra year for each one.
To day I entered the first keycode and the expiry date said November 26. 2016  When I entered the second keycode the expiry is still November 2016  which I though should have been November 2017

Have I just now wasted $49  on the second license or was the Microsoft person on the stand not quite truthful??

Regards,

Old3eyes

I think so. Perhaps it gave you additional licenses, instead of additional time?

I only see  the two current installs and no option for anymore..
When I put the first keycode in i got and email saying it had been renewed but not for the second one so maybe it  hasn't been used..
Will keep the second licenses until renewal next year and see what happens..

Hi Old3eyes.

I work for Microsoft NZ. A few of us helped on the Microsoft stand at the Noel Leeming expo. To answer your question - yes, you can stack Office 365 for up to 5 years (it does not increase the number of devices). By entering each product key it should reflect an additional year of your subscription. Shoot me a PM with your contact details and I'll touch base to work out what's going on. Cheers.

Hi Simon,

Thanx for  the input.

After reading your post above I had a try at entering the second keycode again and this time it took OK so now I have  the expiry date of November 2017.  Maybe the system doesn't like you entering one after another, maybe you need to logout then back in again.  This time I also go the email confirming the new code   which I didn't get last time I entered it..

Regards,

Old3eyes
