So I upgraded my Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro as soon as I could (via the ISO creator)

Every so often I check to see if I can upgrade to the 1511 Upgrade, but Windows Update never offers me the upgrade.

I am thinking that doing a clean install of 1511 is the way to go, but am wondering if there is anything I am missing as to why the upgrade won't show automatically.

Nope, installed in July 2015 (as soon as the ISO creator was made available - might have been August)

Make new media using the creation tool and upgrade that way.

Thought nathan may have provided some cryptic clue :-)

Last night however I downloaded and created the ISO with version 1511, and then after saving everything performed the upgrade
No issues and once I connected to the internet and signed into my account Windows activated
