 I have two 4k monitors - an Asus and a BenQ - both came with perfectly good Display Port leads. 

 

 

Supplier says comes with VGA and HDMI cable. Seriously? VGA!!

 

Thankfully, as I suspected, supplier has no idea what they're talking about. It came with every cable you could imagine other than the defunct VGA and DVI. PHEW
