Hi all

when i logged onto my pc today i was greeted with the default menu and all the default setings. for vista I wondered were all my stuff went and had a look at the users section and there many accounts
-admin
-admin.ANT.000

I think whats happening is that it logged me on the admin.ANT.000 account but i want to be logged on the "admin" account. When i turn on my computer it just comes up with the login screen "Ant" and i enter my usual password and it redirects me to this second account without all my setting etc. I tried system restore and my virus scanner but it didnt change anything!

I would really like it to be back the way it was!

any help would be immensley appreciated!

thanks anthony

This sort of behaviour tends to occur when theres been a problem with your original profile IIRC.
All your documents etc should all be in the original profile directory, so just move them to the new one and see how you go. If same thing occurs, then Id suspect something from your original profile documents is dodgy and is corrupting the active profile.
