What's the difference between WHQL and Windows Logo Certified ? Are they one and the same under a different name ?

A scour of of Windows Hardware Developer Central didn't enlighten me. In fact a search of WHQL on the MS Site brings up a number 1 hit on the Windows Logo Program, and absolutely no mention of WHQL on the referred page ....

Hello

Microsoft's Windows Logo Program is the one that Certifies tha the Products/systems which have been successfully through WHQL ( windows hardware quality Labs) Testing , will be Qualified to use "Windows Logo"

To put in simple words.... ( devices\systems  must) successfully go through WHQL testing if you want Windows Logo for ur devices/systems.

Kind Regards
