I hacked this up when I was bored...

It allows generic flash storage support in Windows98 I have used it with
"setiec USB 1.0 flash disk"
"Apacer Steno USB2.0 Flash disk"
"Legend USB2.0 flash disk"
"Big B4stard 250G" My IDE hard drive connected by external usb box.

It did NOT work with
Multicard readers, both USB1.0 and USB2.0
though it mounted one slot, usually SSFDC, it ceases finding the rest

it's not as neat as others which just mount , it comes up with "install software" but it's just a " click next on find it automatically" process.. but it sure saves on downloading drivers for each Usb stick!

*** DISCLAIMER****

It might be ustable, it might wipe your hard drive but it's worked well for me.

Any user testing on various motherboards would be appreciated. :-)

Not that I have a Windows 98 machine here, but... Tried opening the file just to check it out, but the .ZIP is empty?!?!

Also, I didn't know VMWare supports USB. I use Virtual Server 2005 R2 and this one doesn't...
