Currently there is Microsoft Office Live Beta and Microsoft Office Live Mail. These are not open to non-US users yet.

There's also the Microsoft Office 12 Beta and the Microsoft Windows Vista. There are no invitation system for the Office one, but there's an invitation for the Microsoft Windows Vista, again only open to US users.

There's a semi-public beta on Microsoft Connect for technical people - you will need to get an invitation from a Microsoft person, or from a user group or a MVP (I only have access to invites to people based in the USA though).

I think you can register on Microsoft Connect and see what betas would be available for your region. It's worth a try.
