mattwnz: I have found quite a few websites are having trouble with IE9. These are a few below.
Try open2view.com, it will only load the banner, and displays a warning on the bottom, even in compatibility mode.
Trademe also first renders the black black, before displaying the page properly.
freitasm: Works fine for me. Check plugins, toolbars for outdated versions.

Interesting.... Open2view.com opens and renders fine, same with Trademe...
Gotta love when these things happen.
billgates:seamonkey: Is ie9 capable of supporting ad blocking addon/feature?

Thanks I will try updating all my plugins. The thing is that it is happening on two differnet computers, one running vista, and one running windows 7, but I guess it could be the plugins as I don't tend to update java.

freitasm: I don't think there's a "bad install". You should check plugins - try running Internet Explorer with plugins off (START | RUN and typing: iexplore.exe -extoff).
Kaos36: I like IE9 so much that Ive dumped Firefox and Chrome. I stopped using IE when it got to IE6 or near abouts. IE9 is a beaut.
