I have been using a download manager for years. (it allows resume and multiple connections)

I need to change as the version I am using no longer works with Win7, IE8 or IE9 it was FlashGet Ver 1.73

I dont really want to use Version 3 as it is full of adware.

Is anyone using download managers other than the ones built into IE9, Firefox etc?

What is the best?

I use Orbit.
Clean and simple.

It does have an annoying software updater plug-in thing but that can be easily
removed by deleting the .dll file in the folder.

Thanks everyone, Orbit installs crapware...

IDM is nice, I really liked flashget 1.73 for it simple, and fast UI....

Will do some testing!
