Hi guys,

Haven't been on here in a while but sometimes there are things in life that will never, ever be solved without posting on here...

I have two issues I am hoping someone can help me with? I am not working for my old work (that shall remain nameless) anymore so probably can't contribute anywhere myself as I am a bit out of the play with the latest in the mobile world these days.

Firstly, my Outlook has stopped receiving on any other network other than our home connection... Bit of a pain as I mostly use it anywhere BUT home. Using WindowsLive mail (Hotmail) as I had to sacrifice the wonders of Exchange when I left work to study :) All settings are correct as far as I am aware as it is working at home and I am sure it WAS working at the tech library two weeks ago...
Have trawled Google to no avail.

Other question, which may be pushing my luck, is how can I get Snipping Tool on my Windows 7 Starter notebook? Life is just not the same without Snipping Tool - can I somehow 'backdoor' this from my Vaio and install on my little HP? Or if there really is NO way of getting this, can someone recommend a free program that is similar?

Thanks in advance - by the way, I still have and use the 'Mr Whippy' ringtone that someone on here kindly extracted from the website for me about four years ago after the Mr Whippy rep told me I couldn't have it ;)
