KiwiNZ: Found my first issue today, USB transfers have slowed to a crawl. No matter if its to a powered HDD or a flash drive the speed is painful

Bummer.I get many transfers from rMP that fail due to file in use, rubbish, hopefully better now

I am in the process of backing my iMac up to cloud. When that's done I am going to try wipe and fresh install.

Have discovered the same issue here, not with all USB devices, but certainly with most of them.

May be a MacBook issue, will test on the MacPro when I get a chance.

For some reason Yosemite's location services and hence the notification weather panel seems convinced I'm in Lithuania.

Apparently today's weather is fine, with the current temperature -4, and the high is expected to be 3 degrees.

I know Wellington can get a little chilly at times, but that does seem a little extreme!

Any ideas on how I can either train or correct the system?  I can't find anything relevant myself...  "Magic Location is Magic".

That's interesting!  That was an issue in the first dev previews and the first public betas.  Hasn't been a problem since as far as I knew until you just mentioned it!
