I have had these hubs recommended to me

They claim they are superior (based on their experience) to the Elgato ones.

Anyone else have thoughts on this ?

I find dodocool and Ugreen are pretty decent quality,

Here's a Ugreen Type-C 4 Port Hub for $12.99

or a different style for $21 USD (maybe faster?)

or $10.39 for this one (with stand thingy)
Also has a micro-USB port if need more current supply.
(Oops, this one is only USB2.0 Speeds.)

I find their shipping speeds are also pretty reasonable.

Only buy from the Ugreen Official Store.
