Hey all,

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)

2.6 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

OSX 10.10.5

Intel Iris 1536 MB

Issue: Low SSD space.

I have a synology disk station but can seem to get my drive appearing anymore (issue appeared after VF gave me a new router and for the life of me, I just dont have time anymore to suss out what obviously is an IP address related issue).

Ive been a but too busy to resolve this.

Wondering if anyone out there in ChCh area would like to quote me on sorting out my backup targets and advise me on the best way to either replace my SSD (told I might not be able to on these macs) or set up a cloud service.

Thanks !

I feel rather stupid.   Family life has limited my expertise.

Long story short, my synology was simply off. Turned it on and I was back to life after adding it back to the time machine target disk etc.

next stop... sorting out cloud back up.
