A quick look at the jump website says that they have a Mac client for connecting to Windows but nothing about connecting to a Mac. Is OP wanting to just remote to Windows or also Mac?

I've tried using Teamviewer for this but the only downside is the app has to be open in the dock (most background apps can live in the taskbar). Still looking for a nicer way to control my mac remotely if anyone has suggestions.

If you enable screen sharing on Mac - it basically acts as a VNC Server.
Jump Desktop does both. Connect to RDP for Windows or VNC on MacOS.

Jump Desktop also syncs your connections (minus passwords) across iCloud so it’s available regardless of which Mac I’m using.

Cool, I'll give it a try. Thanks.
