hey lovelies
someone has a macbook (white version 2010) and their "0" key doesnt work.
What im after , is assigning their "0" to another key, like Shift + L  or F5 or F4.
just anything really. I downloaded a program and all it did was change weather 0 or ) was displayed without shift held down (no help).
so im hoping someone somewhere , knows a program where i can change this "0" key to something else.
I did suggest on screen keyboard, but the lady prefers a key.
cheers
look forward to a solution (fingers crossed)

Nope don't think its possible.

What's the cause of the fault? Has the key been popped off to take a look? Maybe give it a clean?

Try "System Preferences" > "Keyboard" > "Input Sources" > "Text"

Add a key or key combination that equals 0

You would need to enter a space after the key combo which could be a pain......
