What you need to do is use paypal and set you youshop address up in paypal and it will work fine as I had same deal with under armour I started out using my visa direct on the site but it recognized it wasn't a US credit card

The problem is not the card but the address. They know YouShop address is a warehouse and won't ship there.

How long does a package take to show in Youshop after it has been delivered? UPS shows my package was delivered 24hrs ago (10am local time) but it hasn't showed in you shop yet.

I've entered the tracking number in the claim your package page but got no result.

I don't like to hear that... I've got a 2nd package just leaving the east coast of the US, it was going to be touch and go for Xmas so having it sit at youshop for several days isn't going to help.


Have you contacted customer service?

Just did, they gave the "it takes 2 working days (not including the day it was delivered) to process blah blah blah" she said I should get an email after 3.30pm today.

I just need them by the 17th as they are xmas presents that are being taken to the UK by a friend who flies out the night of the 17th

Its takes two working days, but its two US working days and they don't seem to work weekends. I had a package from Amazon arrive at YouShop HQ on Weds 26 Nov, but didn't get the word from them until late on Monday Dec 1. They also say they repackaged it as the original weight was 35kg, and they got it down to 10kg, I'd like to see the before & afters of that! On the bright side its in transit now and expected to arrive by 13 Dec.

If you're worried then just raise it with customer service at least it'll be on the radar, but probably not until 48 hrs. I usually get email within 24 hours but after black Friday it's not surprising.

It comes via Courier Post, so if you normally receive this via your RD contractor then it will be along side that.

I can confirm that YouShop delivery to RD addresses in NZ is very prompt and trouble free.
