I paid for a consolidated parcel using the latest discount - you can only use it once - so choose wisely.

billgates:

10% discount code valid until 7th April 2016.

DeckOutYourHome

I got the same email, with the same date, yet when I just tried to use it it told me that it's expired. Sigh.

It worked yesterday at midday.

But first time around the system seemed to have problems applying it, so perhaps try again?

I've just found out that they've rejected myamazon fire TV parcel because of the two AAA batteries in the remote control.

I've asked them to take it out but haven't heard back😢

They are not in the remote and are not lithium so what was their reason for rejecting?

No idea. I sent another email last week and still haven't heard anything back.
I phoned them today, but she was as helpful as a chocolate teapot.

What are you going to use it for here? Doesn't seem the limitations of no usable tuner and no 50Hz modes would make importing one worth it.

Thought all TV's got standard DVB tuners nowadays?  and 50/60Hz thing shouldn't make a difference surely, or is PAL/NTSC still a thing?  Was looking a Samsung model that isn't available locally.  Hmmm, back to square one I guess.
