I'm becoming disenchanted with youshop rapidly. A week since my parcel was delivered to the oregan warehouse. No recognition. Eventually located a number to phone on their website. Now I have a case number which is supposedly associating my parcel with my youshop id. Considering my id was included on nearly every line in the address, there must be some major flaw in their systems. The operator had me on the line for 12 minutes getting contact details. Then asked for youshop id. Obviously there are some serious disconnects in the nzpost IT.

Hmmm. Paid NZ$22 for shipping:

As you can see that Amazon box is a lot bigger than the iPod Nano inside it. YouShop says they only repack if the savings is more than the repacking fee of $4.50. I wonder how they determine it, seeing the box was unopened.

Other than that, it worked ok, for my second parcel...

My parcel also arrived today, in the original Vans branded box.

I paid $45 for postage, but it was a large-ish box to send.

Overall i was quite happy with the whole process. I did double check and triple check that the address i used when purchasing was 100% correct prior to clicking buy.

I've used youshop a few times, with no problems. Don't use them if you're in a super hurry, but otherwise I've found them fine. Their new repack service sounds handy, though not sure how they know what to repack - maybe by shaking it?

Banana?

Why did you order an iPod nano from Amazon anyway? Are they that much cheaper?

1. Just a bit cheaper
2. I have the Amazon credits from the Amazon Kindle page to use

The actual NZ$ paid for the iPod Nano was $22, seeing the item itself was purchased with account credit.

PS. Don't tell Bella yet we bought this ;)

Probably weight divided by volume of the box and correlated with the bill of goods that came with the package.

Do you mean the item was wrong? If that's the case it would be a problem with the retailer, surely?

Happyone, please try to use proper grammar. It makes it much easier to understand what you're on about, and if you ask questions or want a useful reply you'll get much more help that way.

Back in my day they taught us spelling, punctuation, and grammar. I expect they did in your day as well. You'll just get a lot more people reading your message and helping if you make it easier for people to understand you.
