Yeah I agree there.

I buy a lot of stuff ex China and I have never had issues with shipping. Often it is free if not usually only US$15 with the minimum charge from youshop this would be eaten up immediately if they do not lower their pricing model for China.

As mentioned above I can only foresee the people using this being current youshop users that aren't aware of the ease of getting items from China or that would rather put their faith in a kiwi shipping company I guess.

So my YouShop package turned up this morning. I must say I was very impressed with the quick turnaround. I paid for the package on the 30th April, so I think thats a pretty timely delivery. Thankfully our border officials have no issues with Swedish progressive metal, so there were no hold ups there :-)

no, usually you hear from youshop within 6-12 hours from my experiences.

The biggest issue is to double check your amazon order had the correct address code on it.

Ring or message nzpost, if the youshop number is obscured they have no alternative system for reconciling parcels that arrive. I've had two parcels sit for a week at the warehouse before I rang them and told them the tracking number. It would seem sensible if youshop allowed you to enter tracking numbers. But common sense is not so common.

You're certain that the address is correct as per your youshop account?
You're aware that all youshop addresses changed semi recently?

There have been instances of people having parcels wrongly placed against their accounts.
I believe there was also an instance of a retailer's system somehow using someone elses youshop details for no apparent reason

Does anyone know any currently valid discount/promo codes for youshop?

Have something from Amazon heading to youshop at the moment - and am always happy to save a couple of $$ if I can.
:-)
