nzkiwiman: I got an email on Saturday advising that a parcel has arrived.
I was so happy I was able to log into the website I forgot to check if any of the mentioned coupons could be used on my account. Oh well, always next time

Do people just ask on Twitter for a coupon and hope to get?

Yeah, same! Missed out this time too.  Never thought to check! But all good.  The money I saved on the product still makes me smile. lol

Fecking hell, NZ Customs is right up there with the IRD. Slow, useless.

Just tried to order so Neato CD/ DVD  labels from Amazon UK for work .   Won't ship them to my NZ address,  Sent and email asking why as they can't be bought here anymore.   Guess I may have to set up a UK Youshop address as well if Amazon doesn't come back with a good answer.

Regards,

Further more to this rant. Hours of 9-3? For a major government "service"? Surely someone is absolutely taking the fecking pi55 with these rubbish times.

Has anyone had a package not appear in the warehouse before?

A package was delivered 9 days ago and I am still waiting for an email to say its ready to be paid. I've waited some extra time due to the website troubles and have contacted their service center but I am still waiting... Feels like i'm getting fobbed off.

Turns out the seller didn't put my youshop ID on the parcel and the website wasn't picking up the tracking number properly when I tried to claim my parcel. I spoke to a rep online who was able to manually add the parcel to my youshop ID.

I've had half a dozen other packages shipped without any issue.

Have had one they misplaced in the warehouse. Their 0800 number is absolutely hopeless and 100% unhelpful. However their social media team is awesome and will help you. Your best bet is to either tweet message them or PM the Youshop rep on this thread. Cant remember their name but you'll only need to look about two pages back.

Can we use this email address for any 'issues' or is it still better to go through the 0800 number and wait for a callback?

I see that since I had a parcel go missing after FedEx said it was delivered there is now an option on the YouShop main page to look for a missing parcel. Haven't needed to use it however

I ordered a pair of headphones from amazon a couple of days ago. It hasn"t reached the youshop warehouse yet but the shipping weight keeps increasing every time i track my package on Ontrac website. Amazon said 2 pound at first, then Ontrac said 4 pounds yesterday and 6 pounds today. The headphones"s weight is only 180g. Im so worried, they may have sent the wrong package :(

so after talking with youShop customer service i organised to send all the items back EXCEPT for the wetsuit/
but.... they ended up sending ONLY the wetsuit back surprised
anyways all goods, just going through the process of getting the suit re-sent back to youShop warehouse. and in the end getting the packages split up has sort of helped.

I'm a little confused (but not concerned). I received e-mail notification that my Youshop parcel is on the way, so I popped the number in to track and trace (shipped), and subscribed to e-mail alerts. Received an e-mail acknowledging the subscription, and another half an our later advising the parcel was not yet scanned in to the system. The track and trace is still showing shipped 48 hours later, but I'm confused about the e-mail saying that the number was pending/not yet scanned.

My package arrived today and was signed for by Dave. Have you guys' packages been signed for by this guy before? And how long does it normally take them to process packages and send email notification? I'm just afraid that my stuff may have been delivered to a wrong address and some random guy is toying with it ;(
