nzpostbm: The 'howabout25' coupon is single use only.

surprised Don't know whether I should be saying this or not but....why was I able to use this twice then??

Also, just wondering, have all the places have been filled for the youshop consolidation research?

Thanks in advance :)

Are you sure you used 'howabout25' twice? Or 'howabout50' & 'howabout25' once?

We now do have enough people for the consolidation research. However, if you're interested in giving feedback on the proposed solution, send me an email @ youshopsupport@nzpost.co.nz and I'll organise a feedback session.

Well just had my first Youshop bad experience.

A package I sent to Youshop was received, I paid for the handling and shipping to NZ, was assigned a tracking number that showed it shipped and now it's lost and I have to claim compensation.

Annoying since it was one of the those great deals I got on Ebay which might no be repeated.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/rooms/32019730  Mention GZ to get a 10% discount

Does it say "Shipped" on the tracking page? Because that doesn't mean delivered, and things are taking longer right now. Or have you been sent confirmation that it is lost/it hasn't arrived past the estimated arrival date?

It says shipped on the Youshop site but the CSR at Post can't locate it. I've been told to lodge a lost item claim.

It has been 12 days since shipped.

You actually used two different codes: "howabout25" and "whynot25".

Feeling really dumb now :/ could have sworn I had used it twice but must have gotten confused as they were both 25% off codes. My mistake

My parcel is now in their 5th days since shipped and is normally arrived within 4-5 days. But this time it is rather longer than usual.

May be I might be getting an update tonight? But usually I got notification during the day.

Mine arrived two days after the estimate, but they did say shipments were taking longer. I also got my "passed customs" email at 8pm, later than usual.

Crap then two days later than the ETA would meant Monday or sometimes next week for me. Thursday is day 6, Friday is day 7.  I have like 4 packages coming at the same time too.  Hope I get some update tonight like I usually did. One of my previous parcel is still saying Shipped since 2013 lol.
