They have just seemed to stop working since last time I was up,  If I need public transport directions it simply tells me the data is unavailable, was working last time I was in Auckland (before AT HOP etc),

What gives?

It was working on Friday but it looks like some monkey has stuffed it up.

www.maxx.co.nz still works for route and timetable info.  Not quite as good as google maps used to be but at least it works.

I'd also like to know how I can use GM to get the closest parking, petrol etc?

Does "parking near Giapo Auckland" do it for you?

Yeah, but I was already looking at an auckland map so it should have not been needed.

Now they only need to get live updates of available parks in them all and it will even more useful ;)
