Yeah voting means the popular charities with more resources to advertise their profile end up getting more votes.

sbiddle: Always pays to ask people hounding you in the street for Redpeace and Save the Adults how much they're being paid to sign you up on a regular monthy donation. You'll typically find them suddenly leave you alone.


I don't know about you, but I'll be damned if I'm giving a complete stranger on the street my name/address/bank acount details. They can have a one off cash donation or nothing.
