Hi I`m wanting to know if the "skip foward" length in playback can be changed. It is set at 10 minutes but I thought it would be great if you can change it to around 4 minutes so you can skip through the ads quickly rather than using the fast forward function.

it wont change as the Magic is a Freeview certified unit. Part of specs to keep broadcasters happy.  I just fast forward.  Not sure but some freeview units have 10 minute skip forward and 6 minutes skip back which achieves same goal but havent checked what the Magic does as happy to just fast forward
