MsBounty: Was really disappointed when The Almighty Johnsons got canned.

They've just finished wrapping series 3:

Star Wars obviously (4,5 and 6). Doctor Who. Walking Dead. Watchmen. Lost, does that count? Yes!

I would Like to take my Children to this event but can simply not afford to so would really be very happy if We were to win. we are located in Porirua, Wellington

My favorite fictional charactor is Fangface his comics last forever as he can never get past page one which is pretty cool. I would like more stuff but can not find anything anywhere?

so would appreciate any knowledge on where to find Fangface memorabilia?

Nobody can really beat the original - Superman is my favourite comic.
Although some of the Top Cow Comics series, I love (The Darkness, Hunter/Killer)
I couldn't get enough of Heroes when it was still going.
The Darkness' is probably my favourite character, with Wolverine coming a close second.

I'm eagerly looking forward to this year's Wellington Armageddon. Can't wait to see Tony Amendola (SG1) again, and talk to him about his newest project (Bruce Boxleitner's Lantern City)! Also looking forward to seeing Joe Flanigan (SGA) & Jason Mamoa (SGA)!

I'd love to go to the Wellington event, and take my daughter.

For me it's Batman. It's always been Batman, since I was about 14 (and that was 39 years ago). And there have been a lot of Batmans. Or is that a lot of Batmen? OK, the Adam West was off - not in the spirit of Batman at all - and George Clooney was a bit dodgy, but still...

I'm also into Star Trek, in pretty much all its versions, and am right now into Game of Thrones in a really big way (but then, isn't everybody?). We have Seasons 1 and 2 on blu-ray, Season 3 is being recorded on MySky but is compulsory viewing "live" on Monday nights, and I'm currently half way through reading the book series.

My daughter is also into GoT (she has a House Stark iPad skin), but is a massive Doctor Who fan, and is also heavily into anime. She's off to Japan for a school trip in September and the highlight for her will be the visit to Studio Ghibli.

PS: I was going to upload a photo of Batman with my face photoshopped on, but as you can only see the chin it didn't really look like me.

Just be sure you're not Casper or Mr Staypuff when he's nearby.

I am a big fan of any TV or movie with "Star" in the title. I have a 15 year old daughter who is becoming an even bigger fan than me. We have just watched all of DS9 and we are waiting for BluRay TNG to be released

We live close to Hamilton and would love to go there

Wellington for me.

As a kid my favourite superhero was the Flash. Maybe that explains why I'm often late (saving someone at the last minute)

While I've been a fan of the X-Men (like so many others), the comics that I'm buying (am I allowed to admit that at my age?) on the ipad are: Amelia Cole, Clone, Harbinger, and Omega Chase. Having said that, I wish I could get Luther Arkwright as a digital comic (I love parallel worlds stories).

TV: doctor Who, Torchwood, Orphan Black, Once Upon A Time, Game of thrones, Person of Interest, and the Big Bang Theory are all "must see".

I am a big fan of The Walking Dead comics, and the screen adaptation has been very good too.

I like the way that it portrays the 'reality' of the situation, and I find it fascinating that the Zombies quickly become a manageable issue, but it is the other humans that (as ever) are the real problem.

Last year in Hamilton a group of us had our own SFX makeup artist and stormed the Zombie walk. We dide well, and Armageddon have used one image of me on their site a few times. We want to do it again this year (Hamilton tickets please Mauricio)

Here's some photos of our group last year:

My Boss at the time:

Sarona's Nephew was REALLY creepy

And this is a pro photo with me crossing the bridge on the zombie walk:

Yeah it was brilliant. First time I have ever had crowds of strangers come and take photos with me/us. Very cool!
