Yeah they changed it due to the amount of abuse it was getting from scammers and people just wanting to score the free codes that get put up there (Humble bundle games etc). Get posting, and itll open up...but be warned - post rubbish and you'll find it going the other way ;)

If any user from here is established and has a good trading history(here or elsewhere) you can probably be added without having to meet the post requirements. Flick me a PM and I can pass it onto the right people. If you are selling goods you are expected to send them in a timely manner once money is paid of course.

While I realize it's annoying to have such requirements we have our reasons behind them, primarily for our members safety.
