So I am switching from 2degrees to Skinny. Sorry 2degrees. But looking at the tracking for the sim card which was bought online it was processed 3 times at the Courier Post Auckland operations centre. Normally I have seen items being processed once,  but not 3 times. Why would this be?  I was hoping to get it today, seeing as I ordered it last Sunday.

Seems like a CourierPost problem to me? 2Degrees loses all control once it leaves them, so I doubt it's a problem on their end.

Could be bulk sort, city sort, load to vehicle. They track packages at every step. Perhaps if you're so impatient you can't wait a couple of days during the busiest time of the year 2degrees are better off without you as a customer. If you're in a rush either think ahead or go get a SIM locally.

You have to give the couriers some slack at this time of year, they are pretty stretched to capacity

If you ordered it on Sunday, then the delay was with 2degrees for waiting till the 18th to process the order but I imagine they would be busy as well

A mistake somewhere along the line where it got misplaced at some stage of the process. I'm guessing it's shipping out of Auckland based on those timings. Perhaps for delivery today?

Not actually impatient, was just wondering why it was processed three times in the same building, and it was sent by Skinny. I am leaving 2degrees. Not blaming anyone.

Get a temporary SIM while you wait for Courier Post to find the package again? I'm staying with 2deg, Telecom trying to dominate market again with Skinny in my opinion, like they did with everything else.

Someone kept throwing it back in the Sorting bin?

They had a systems issue and had to keep restarting the sorting process, and it caused it to come in multipile times?

Some worker loves the beep sound the machine makes and started scanning parcels multipile times? ( he borrows a big bag of parcels each morning to get his fix)

seriously though did the parcel arrive?
